Here a list of common questions and answers asked by tenants.

How do I secure the property I want?

Once you have viewed a property and would like to make an offer, we will ask you to fill out an application form and pay a Holding Deposit equal to 2 weeks rent. Once you do this the property will be taken off the market while we progress with your application. The holding deposit will be deducted from your security deposit).

What does referencing involve?

It is normal practice for a letting agent to check your suitability to rent the property. We will check your suitability by contacting your employer and your previous landlord. We will also perform checks with a credit referencing agency as well as your right to live and work in the UK as well as proof of ID.

Do I need my own insurance?

Your landlord will be responsible for insuring the building and their possessions. However you would need to take out your own insurance to cover your contents.

Do your properties allow pets?

This is up to the landlord’s discretion and you should be able to find this on the property description.
